Antique Jian Ware Tea Bowl
Silver Hare Fur Streak. Song Dynasty (c. 960-1279). Antique Chinese Porcelain Tea Bowl, the deep rounded sides rising from a short straight foot to slightly flared rim, raised upon narrow footed base. The bowl has a very attractive pale-brown glaze with silver-black simulated hare fur pattern. The glaze is falling short of the foot to reveal the orange-brown body with darker firing marks.
